Pat White is the co-founder and CEO of Bitwave, a software platform that provides cryptocurrency accounting, tax tracking, bookkeeping, DeFi ROI monitoring, and crypto AR/AP services for enterprise businesses.
With over ten years of experience building enterprise software at companies such as Intuit, Microsoft, Five9, and Fortify Software (now HP Security). In 2009, Pat launched Ally Software, an enterprise software consulting firm, which he ran for three years before creating Synata, an enterprise search engine in 2012. In 2016, Synata was acquired by Cisco.
Pat has contributed code to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and several other cryptocurrency projects. He is a co-host of The DeFi Daily podcast and a graduate of the University of Southern California.o
Amy is a serial entrepreneur and technology industry veteran with expertise in enterprise software sales, accounting, and cryptocurrencies.

Mackenzie Patel is a CPA and crypto accountant. She got her start leading crypto revenue accounting at Figment, a validator on over 60 proof of stake networks (Ethereum included!).
She also works part-time as an accountant for dOrg, a web3 blockchain development DAO. Mackenzie and her partner Courtney are launching Hash Basis CPA in 2023.

Rob Massey has more than 20 years of professional experience in tax consulting for technology companies. Since 2013, he has focused on blockchain, digital assets, cryptocurrency and tokenization. He serves companies throughout the blockchain ecosystem inclusive of investors, miners, staking providers, payment processing, wallet hosting, exchanges, hedge funds, tokenization and protocol development. Rob leads Deloitte’s blockchain efforts in tax for the global firm.on

In her current role, Liron is the Senior Director of Finance and Accounting for Aleo, a startup focused on blockchain privacy backed by leading investors. She previously held leadership roles at ClearX, Citibank, Bank Leumi, and EY.
Liron has inspired exceptional performance through servant leadership during her career, enabling companies to achieve their mission. Liron pivoted into blockchain in 2018 to make an impact on this innovative and rapidly evolving industry. Carlos Arena is the Director for Digital Assets at Google Cloud. Carlos leads the business development and strategy for the Digital Assets team and the blockchain ecosystem. His responsibilities include widening the ecosystem of Web3 users, developers and partners. Formerly, Carlos was the Global Head of Banking Sales at R3, where he was responsible for the deployment of enterprise blockchain applications in regulated financial institutions.
Before R3, Carlos worked at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank in their FX and Interest Rate derivatives desks. Carlos holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and represented Mexico in swimming at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games.

Based in San Francisco, Mark is an Audit Partner and Grant Thornton's West Region Blockchain and Digital Assets Leader. He has 20+ years of experience in public accounting and private industry, 16 of which were with Deloitte. Mark has experience serving blockchain and cryptocurrency companies, including exchanges, trading platforms, wallets, custodians, miners, crypto investment funds (PE, VC, HF), stablecoin and token issuers as well as fintech / technology companies, including software, SaaS, marketplace platform, B2B, B2C, internet, payments, gift cards and specialty lending. Mark is experienced in serving pre-IPO early-stage, venture-backed technology companies as well as public technology companies and has knowledge in all aspects of the SEC registration process from IPOs to follow-on offerings to public company reporting.
Mark holds an active CPA license in California and is also an adjunct accounting professor at San Francisco State University and a board member with Accounting Blockchain Coalition, a non-profit blockchain and digital assets organization.
